Lupton is a peaceful tranquil place that promotes healing by just being in the grounds.

There is a café and Spiritual shop open Tuesday – Friday 10am- 3pm. Lupton is a wellbeing centre that caters for a wide range of wellbeing activities from Yoga to slimming support.

Lupton hosts a range of self-help workshops and is the home of the Healing Academy which offers an excellent two year healing course.
